The Blackthorn Grove
The Blackthorn Grove was birthed at Samhain 2007 out of a
need to celebrate and mark the changing of the tides at a much deeper level.
The Grove focuses more closely upon Samhain, Imbolc,
Beltane, and Lughnasadh although the solar cycle celebrations are still
honoured.
The Groves intent is to guide its members to find
connection, inspiration and truth at soul deep, blood deep level; with the
tides of land, moon and sun; with the ancestors, one another and ourselves.
The Blackthorn’s guidance upon this journey may be
unrelentingly harsh as we rid ourselves of all that clouds our clarity yet we
are also given inspiration, hope and healing in its blossoms and fruits.
