This is a new Gorsedd of Bards of the Isles of Britain formed
on Sunday 13 August 2006, effectively the revival of the Gorsedd that Bobcat
and Greywolf held here, once only, some years back. It also rose from the
Grove of Rhiannon set up in the October of the
previous year. It is planned that rituals will be held close to Samhain, Imbolc, Beltaine and Lammas.
We will meet in the main car park at the White Horse around
noon and them proceed down to the place where the Gorsedd will be held. (For those who
are unable to manage the walk we'll lay on cars to ferry you there.)
The format is very much the BDO/TDN style of Gorsedd with
Bardic initiation and handfastings offered if required.
