The aim of the following statement is summarise the ethos of the Network's Committee, and thus the basis on which all decisions are made.
The principal purpose of the Committee of The Druid Network is to protect the good name of The Druid Network, and manage its assets wisely, in the pursuance of the dissemination of Druidry. Founded upon the premise of nature's sanctity, the ethos of this Committee is to engage fully with its staff and members, ensuring there is cohesion and coherence within the organisation, and that the tenets and objectives of the Network are clearly defined and expressed through honourable interaction - with each other as Committee members, with other staff, with the wider membership and the public at large. Criteria for decision making are whether issues are inspiring and supportive of creativity, community and individuality, at minimal cost to the environment, through shared values of respectful and responsible action.
