Over 1,500 years ago the Celts set up the ancient kingdom of Ergyng, meaning Land
of the Hedgehog. It is the smallest of the ancient kingdoms of Britain, in the Welsh Marches, near
Hereford. The Ergyng Grove was founded at Alban Mabon in 2004 by Anny Wyse and Adam Watson. We meet
at the New Moon, are affiliated the Druid Network and have close links to OBOD. We are eclectic and
our rites are participatory, creative, often spontaneous and always fun.

A more advanced course on Celtic Shamanism, offering a deeper understanding and
the opportunity to find your own path with shamanic practice. The course lasts 3 years and goes much
more deeply into the work than the Owl Woman workshops can do. It is done through email and post,
and finishes with a 2 week workshop in the hidden sacred sites of Exmoor. The course works with the
eight seasons, includes make 12 Hallows over the 3 years, as well as learning storytelling, the
deep meanings of the lore and grammarye.
