The activities of the Druidical Fellowship of Greater-Ireland or Kredenn Geltiek Iwerzon-Meur in Breton modestly began with the meeting of two neo-druidists from Montreal. These activities were carried under the cover of the Nemeton des Druides du Québec, which eventually in 1990, will become the Diuiciacton. Then, with the meeting of the venerable druid Gobannogenos with Boutios, Moridunios and Belenios, the D.C.E entered the traditional affiliation of strict observance. Comardiia Uiroi Mara-Iuerionos |

The Druid Gorsedd of the First Circle is an eclectic group of somewhat self-styled Druids, not affiliated with any larger order. We come together to observe the eight-fold year and to honor the gods and goddesses of our ancestors. We offer teaching and counsel through our online groups, and one on one when possible. Rituals are open to anyone who will join us in the spirit mutual respect. Our Mother Grove meets in our circle of standing stones in southeast Tennessee. We have members in various other places, and are open to establishing groves, or inducting established groves into the Gorsedd. Each grove will remain independently run by it's members, but will have access to the Gorsedd's resources, online and physical and an environment of fellowship and camaraderie as we continue to grow.
Through the three-fold path of Ovate, Bard and Druid we seek to promote a practical form of Druidry for the new age, to give us guidance for this life and those to come. Members are encouraged to seek wisdom according to their own inspirations and at their own pace, with minimal input from the elders. We seek to promote growth of spirit, pursuit of wisdom, and attainment of inner peace through personal study, and communal celebration of the ways of our Celtic ancestors. We encourage a closeness with nature and a harmony with both the physical and metaphysical worlds around us. We believe that all gods are one god and that the one god is many. Further, we hold that all living things have within them a spark of The Divine and that all life is sacred.
We know Druidry is not for everyone, but if the Gods have set your feet upon this time honored path, It is our hope, that your path will bring you to walk with us, here at the First Circle.

FoDLA is a fellowship of American polytheistic Pagans following the path of Draíocht Nua or Neo-Druidism.
The fellowship is legally organized as a church and is not dogmatic, offering membership to American polytheist Neopagans who seek to follow the central spiritual values of traditional pre-Christian Celtic societies, best exemplified by the figure of the ancient Druid. These
include, most particularly:
--A commitment to study: To honor the past and the path that has shaped us
--A commitment to piety: To honor the gods and spirits that guide us
--A commitment to hospitality: To honor the community and the Land it shares
Within this simple framework of shared values, FoDLA does not engage in passing judgment on matters of metaphysics. How each member of the fellowship conceives of the deities, the Otherworlds, and indeed the ultimate nature of the Cosmos, is a matter for the individual
alone--guided by the commitment to study--and FoDLA advocates for tolerance of diverse beliefs within a bond of shared values and a set of basic worship practices. Most important of these practices are honoring the fire of hearth and altar; the sharing of hospitality with the deities, ancestors and other spirits; and the maintaining of a sacred bond with the
Land.
Basic membership in the fellowship is offered free of charge and includes a quarterly electronic newsletter. FoDLA offers Druidic clergy training to sincere individuals interested in serving the community. Welcome to Forest Of Tsalagi Protogrove, ADF. We are based in Athens, Tennessee, USA, which is located in Southeast Tennessee at the base of the Appalachian Mountains. "Tsalagi" is the Iroquoian language for "Cherokee", and we chose this name to honor the beautiful area in which this Protogrove worships and is based. We are part of the international Druid Organization, Ár nDraíocht Féin, A Druid Fellowship. Ár nDraíocht Féin was founded in 1984 by Isaac Bonewits and is now one of the largest Neopagan traditions in the world. Archdruid of Ár nDraíocht Féin is currently Skip Ellison.
Forest Of Tsalagi Protogrove, ADF came into existence on January 11, 2007. Cyndi Jenkins, Grove Organizer, has been a member of Ár nDraíocht Féin since April 26, 2006. She is working through the Dedicant Program offered by ADF and applied for Protogrove status in October 2006. Although we are a fairly new group, many of our rituals will be open to the public. Be sure to check out our Upcoming Events Calendar.
We hold dear to our heart our connection to community, nature, piety, learning and honoring the Kindreds. We are family oriented and welcome newcomers. Membership to our protogrove is open and encouraged for all like-minded individuals. Contact the Grove Organizer for more information.

As our Gorsedd is inspired by the energy of the waters of the Puget Sound, The Gorsedd of Bards of Caer Pugetia honours Pugetia and Pugetius as our patron and guiding spirits of place.
The Druid Network has evolved from the British Druid Order. It is this Awen and the direction of the joint chiefs of the British Druid Order, Philip Shallcrass (Greywolf) and Emma Restall Orr (Bobcat), which has been cherished and valued through the years of affiliation with the British Druid Order, and now continues with the Druid Network.
The Druid Network fosters a body of practitioners world-wide, to dialogue with and be inspired in the Spirit of Awen (inspiration), peace and environmental issues.

The Grove is a small assembly of local Druids, Eclectics, Celtic Christians and Neo-pagans. The aim of the grove is to create a community of people that wants to share common interest in Celtic spirituality and in Druidry. We meet occasionally to talk and share many of our interest together. The group is mostly made up of rural people that are solitary in their practice but fills the need to meet occasionally to break away from their solitude. The Grove is open to anyone seeking to join.

This is an abridged version of the text from 'A Druid Directory' (2000).
We see Deity in many different aspects, both male and female. These different aspects of Deity each represent different aspects of life, nature and the seasons. We use appropriate aspects of Deity in rituals and in our lives to help us maintain contact. The idea that these aspects of Deity are separate from each other is called polytheism (many Gods). The idea that these aspects are part of a larger whole (often called the unmanifest and sometimes God) is called pan-polythe-ism. In Keltrian Druidism, we see both polytheism and pan-polytheism as valid views of Deity. We believe that Deity exists in all living things. We see each human, animal and plant as a unique expres-sion of the Divine. Some Druids extend this view to what are normally considered inanimate objects such as wells, rivers, and mountains. They see Divinity in many places such as mountains, rivers, and the wind. This idea, that inanimate objects are in some way living is called animism. Keltrian Druids are animistic at least to the level where they see the Divine within plant life.
The Henge of Keltria is a non-profit religious organization dedicated to the positive, life affirming spiritual path of Neopagan Druidism. We call it Keltrian Druidism. The Henge of Keltria exists to provide information and training to those interested in Keltrian Druidism and to promote Celtic Earth-based religions.
Since we consider ourselves a nature religion, the ideal place for our rituals is outdoors, preferably in the woods or another place away from cities and "civilization". The purpose of our rituals is to celebrate the Divine and have communion with the Gods and each other. We do this mainly through meditation, prayer and invocation of the Gods, Ancestors and Nature Spirits.
Most of our rituals are done around a sacred fire (or sacred candles for indoor rituals). Our rituals involve the participation of everyone in attendance. We distribute the ritual functions among several people, rather than have everything done by a priest and priestess. Our rituals also involve the participants through a good deal of singing and dancing.
Instead of worshipping according to the modern calendar, we choose our times of worship according to the cycles of the Sun and Moon. We celebrate two lunar rites. They are called the Mistletoe Rite and the Vervain Rite, at the first and third quarters of the moon. We also celebrate 8 holidays throughout the year.

A call has been answered to reshape in modern terms the core of truth behind ancient practices. From that call has come the Invisible Druid Order (IDO). The Invisible Druid Order calls us to honor our relationships with ourselves, with each other, with the Natural world, and with the world of the Spirit(s). Its purpose is to foster women and men who will exercise spiritual discipline, develop a constructive relationship with the Other Worlds (both inside and outside), and who will make themselves useful to their communities and to the larger world in which they live.
The three guiding principles of the IDO are 1) training of the mind, 2) reverence for Nature and its Source, and 3) social responsibility. To these ends, the IDO presents workshops and a course of study to assist people to become present in all their worlds – personal, social, natural and spiritual. As in the old times, “Druid” is not a title to be added to a person, but something that one, through effort and application, became.
Monthly Letters of Instruction provide daily activities to deepen awareness of and effectiveness within the circle of life in which we live.
Bardic Disciplines call for daily tasks which include writing, memorization, environmental awareness, a narration of one’s spiritual history, and a project for the “Invisible Bardic Hall,” to name a few.
Ovate Disciplines enhance awareness of the spirit world and strengthen one’s relationship with it. Instruction is provided in altered states, divination, meditative exercises and engagement with the Otherworld and Ancestors.
Building on what has gone before, Druidic practices involve continued self-development, personal ritual, and research into the deeper sciences – all for the purpose of becoming a change agent in the world. Thus, the Druid’s responsibility is the cultivation of wholeness not only in oneself but in one’s community as well.
Graduates of any level of the disciplines may become members of the Circle of Active Bards, Ovates and Druids if they are using their skills in their communities.
Materials for the IDO were developed by Karl Schlotterbeck, a psychologist and author, as well as student of shamanism, Rosicrucianism, hypnotherapy and biofeedback. This Otherworld call came during trips to Ireland to study Celtic Shamanism after a Native-American pipe-carrier told him “They [the spirits] have told me you have to go back to Ireland.” Materials and practices were developed with the support of and collaboration with Tom Cowan (author of “Fire in the Head”).
Karl is an initiate of the Reformed Druids of North America, a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids (in the Druid grade), and an initiate in the Ring of the Oak as well as member of the Board of Trustees of the Henge of Keltria.

Ocean's Tide Protogrove, ADF is a local congregation of Ar nDraiocht Fein (ADF) serving all of Rhode Island (RI), eastern Connecticut, and southern Mass.
ADF is a tradition of Neopagan Druidry and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit church incorporated in the State of Delaware. This tradition is based on the beliefs and practices of the ancient Indo-Europeans, adapted to the needs and sensibilities of modern people.
Ocean's Tide holds eight open rituals on the standard Neopagan High Days (Beltane, Samhain, Yule, etc.). We currently practice mostly Celtic (Irish) and Norse rituals, but occasionally also do Roman rites and are also open to the spectrum of Indo-European cultures such as Baltic, Vedic, Hellenic, etc.
Our grove is open to those whose pantheon(s) are from Indo European cultures including Celtic, Baltic, Germanic, Vedic, Hellenic, Roman, etc. Druidism is a spiritual lifestyle that applies the Nine Virtues (wisdom, piety, vision, courage, integrity, perseverance, hospitality, moderation, and fertility) to our daily lives.

The Ord na Críonnacht, Order of Wisdom, is a new Druid Order located in Springfield, Illinois, and is the only one located in central Illinois. We are dedicated to instructing those who wish to learn what druidry is, and if they feel it is the right path for them, initiate them into the Order. The Chief Druid, Celdynn Aromhel, is in charge of all initiation rituals, handfasting rites, naming ceremonies and many others. There is no current Chief Druidess, but will elect one as soon as the proper candidate is revealed to us by the Otherworld. Our aim is to revive as much as we can of the ancient ways, such as Brehon Law, or coming up with our own laws similar to them, which will apply only to those within the Order, as well as initiates. We welcome all teenagers, 16 or over, that wish to be instructed. Unlike some Orders, we do not require that the initiate learn or already know a Celtic language, because all rituals are done in English, unless calling upon a specific God or Goddess, and even then a translation will be spoken. All initiates will have the legends and Bardic poems recited to them in English, and will be required to memorize five of each, word for word. Furthermore, all weddings will not be viewed by city, state, or national law, only by the law of the Order. All initiates will be bestowed with a Celtic name, which will be the name all others within the Order will know them by, and will be the only name they will use inside the Order once they have received their name.

The Order of the Mithril Star (RDNA) was founded in 1996 by Sybok Pendderwydd and Adam Walks Between Worlds. The order is evolved from Reformed Druidism, with small doses of discordianism, Church of All Worlds, Celtic Faery Wicca and Thelema added for flavor. Through it's online Druidcraft 101 classes, the Order has grown in 7 years to it's present membership of 173 individual Druids, and 4 Groves. The Order also teaches a course covering "A Reformed Druid Anthology," the history, rites, and collected works of the past 40 years of Reformed Druidism.
The mission of the Order of the Mithril Star is to provide educational and informational support for the Reformed Druids of Gaia and for the varied and myriad organization, Orders, Groves, and individual Druids practicing under her canopy. We provide online classes, (for info, go here: http://www.mithrilstar.org/d101.htm ), as well as a CD-ROM self-study course in Reformed Druidism (available here: http://www.mithrilstar.org/d101cd.htm ).
Visit the OMS website at http://www.mithrilstar.org/ for more information.
The Ancient and Honourable Order of the Sacred Oaks was founded on Winter Solstice, December 22, 1998, in Portland, Oregon along traditional Druidic, Wiccan/Arthurian lines. According to the "Great Charter" of the Order, it exists "to revive and rediscover the Druidic mysteries, further the Druidic, Wiccan and Pagan communities and provide a safe and nurturing environment for its members."
As an order, it follows more structured lines than most other types of Pagan group. It is administered by a Great Council led by an Arch-Druid. An Ordination Board oversees the training and ordination of the state recognized clergy. The Druidic College directs the educational program and sets criteria for advancement. The Sacred Oak Grove was the first grove chartered by the Order on December 23, 1998. Its original membership of five quickly doubled and continues to grow. All groves in the Order adopt and follow the well-defined Order Rule and Liturgy. Emphasis is placed on both community and individual paths of learning and spiritual discovery, and every effort is made to facilitate these efforts. Grove libraries are established to help members in their studies.
In 2003, an Outer Circle was established for those who were at a distance or who could not commit to the requirements for study and ritual, but still wished to worship as Druids. A second grove, The Silver Birch Grove, was charted at Samhain, 2006. It resides also in Portland and progresses nicely under capable leadership.
Members meet regularly, usually on pre-selected evenings close to full moons (for esbat ritual), to new moons (for council meetings and tutorials) and to the eight Sabbats (for celebration). Attendance is strongly emphasized as essential to both grove and individual development. Esbats and tutorials are closed to nonmembers, but Sabbats are open by invitation to interested parties. There is also an annual Gorsedd (general meeting) at which the planning is done for election of officers, the yearly calendar and other Grove business. The groves, separately and united as the Order, participate in numerous Pagan and general community events.
The Order, through the Druidic College, has established a structure and criteria for advancement through the levels of druidic achievement. The first fully initiated level is that of the novice. After a minimum of a year-and-a-day, and upon meeting the published criteria, novices may request to be granted the Order of the Birch, as a Bard. Again after completing a required course of study and time requirement, they may advance to the Order of the Yew, or Ovate grade. The third order is that of the Oak, the Master Druid. The prescribed course of study and requirements at each level may be undertaken at each member's own pace. All that is asked is that the member continues to grow.
Grove administration is centered on a grove council that meets before each tutorial. Members are encouraged to attend. The council consists of seven officers: a chosen chief, high priest or priestess, magister, scribe, purse-warden, bard and sword-bearer. All officers are elected for a term of three years. Although the emphasis of the Order, and Grove, is on serious druidic study and ritual, the social side of life is not neglected. Nearly all gatherings are followed by a pot-luck feast. Sabbats are treated as festivals, and Grove members meet for other social events such as movies and camping trips. Additionally, the Order organizes an annual Eisteddfod, a literary and musical contests for the local Pagan community.
The Grove does not actively solicit membership. It is listed in Open Ways, in Drawing Down the Moon, on the inter-net, and known by word of mouth. Those who are interested may make inquiries and be invited to attend a Sabbat. If they then wish to make application to join as an associate member, there is a simple screening procedure. This is not meant to be exclusionary, but simply to ensure that applicants are aware of what the Order, Grove and druidry entail, and the responsibilities of membership.
The Order is incorporated in the State of Oregon and has federally recognized 501(c)3 status. It can legally ordain priests and priestesses with full sacerdotal privileges. By closely adhering to its structure and programs, the Order of the Sacred Oaks and its groves hope to provide a nurturing, challenging and exciting environment in which those who have chosen to follow the druidic path may learn, grow and enjoy life in the company of fellow Druids.
The Order and Groves welcome questions on Druidry, Wicca, paganism in general and enquiries about membership opportunities. We also provide speakers who can address groups interested in learning more about the above subjects. In addition, the Order has an ordained priesthood that can conduct handfastings, weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other sacerdotal functions.
The Pacific Northwest Druid Coalition is open to anyone in the PNW region (which, for purposes of convenience, we are defining as Northern California, Oregon, Washington state, and British Columbia) who is on a Druidic path; for the purposes of meeting face to face, cooperating on the projects of the different groups, coordinating events, letting those who are seeking us know we're here, and having a voice in the region.

We are an ADF Grove located in Crystal Lake, Illinois, in McHenry County, northwest of Chicago. Our Grove serves Lake and McHenry counties in Illinois and the southeastern section of Wisconsin, as we are so close to the border.
We are sanctioned by ADF, incorporated as a Church in Illinois, and have tax-exempt 501c3 status. Our incorporation date was July, 2001, and our first ritual was in August, 2001.
We welcome anyone with an interest in Earth-centered spirituality and following the Druidic ways. Most of our rituals have either a Celtic or Germanic focus, although we have also envoked other Indo-European pantheons at ritual. We offer an ADF Dedicant's Program study group and intend to offer other classes in subjects such as meditation, journeying, creating altars, tree identification, and finding your totem animal.
We hold public rituals on the eight High Days (see our Events Page). The meeting place for the ritual changes, but weather permitting most rituals are done outdoors. Afterwards we usually have a potluck dinner or BBQ.

The mission of the Reformed Druids of Gaia is to invoke a web of knowledge, mythos and experience that provides a framework for reconnecting with the Earth Mother, and re-gathering her progeny through tribal collectives consecrated to responsible conservatorship and progressive cognizance within the evolving tradition of Reformed Druidism.
We also host an annual mini-festival and campout, generally on a 3-day weekend between Lughnasadh and Mabon, in the Redwoods at the Avenue of the Giants in Northern California - open to all those on a Druid path, as well as other Pagans. This year's Gathering will take place on Lughnasadh weekend (August 3 - 5), and the activities will include: Live Music by Anwyn & George Leverett, a Bardic circle for poetry and storytelling, workshops, readings, Reiki healings, music, drumming, shared feasting and rituals - also hiking, swimming and vision quests. The RDNA began in 1963 at Carleton College in Minnesota as a protest against forced attendance of religious services. They made up their own religion to mock the requirement, and found them interesting enough to continue after the rule was withdrawn. Although many members prefer Celtic orientation, each Grove tends to choose an ethnic affiliation, or remain plain eclectic. There are about 40 groves and 4000 likely members (only 450 active in groves), half of them from Carleton, and membership is extremely loose. There are no fees, and few services offered besides free literature, on-line conference, 8/year magazine & networking assistance. The RDNA is primarily known for its sense of humor, undogmatic prolific writings (3 volumes - 2600 pages so far) and for founding a dozen biggest spin-off organizations of the modern Druid movements in America, including ADF, Henge of Keltria and Reformed Druidic Wicca.

Tuatha is a growing tribe of Celtic pagans making our home at the base of Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We have been active and growing for over 5 years now. We hope to make our Celtic polytheism more rooted in the lands of the Southern Rocky Mountains and her many unique aspects. We welcome anyone interested in Celtic culture, language and the many gods and goddesses who watch over all life.

Blessings of the Gods and Spirits!
Are you a Celtic Pagan whose heart beats with the passionate Fire of the Gaels? Are you drawn to the tribal spirituality of our Irish and Scottish Ancestors? Would you like to participate in meaningful worship with kindred spirits in the Ways of the Gaels?
Then Hail and Welcome to Garrán Geata Iúr: Yew Gate Grove!
Based in Louisville, KY, Garrán Geata Iúr is a pagan Celtic Reconstructionist grove rooted in the indigenous, pre-Christian traditions of our Gaelic Tribal Ancestors.
Druidry itself is rooted in kinship and reverence for the Holy Powers: the Three Kindred of Ancestors, Nature Spirits, and the Gods and Goddesses of our Folk. It is a path of creativity, wisdom, and truth through observation, insight, and inspiration.
