Coldrum StonesCONTENT: This course will allow you to explore through Druidry, your sacred connections to nature both within and without us. Diving unashamedly and consciously into the depths of our soul truths, expressing its true Awen, creatively. This course is wholly experiential, so that you journey with all the senses; mind, body and soul, to find your place within modern, raw, vital, rich pagan Druidry. With five residential weekends, the work does not stop, during the course meetings there will be exercises, both practical and spiritual to be undertaken. This course will not make you a Druid, but should, if you allow it to, help you find your own spiritual expression within modern Druidry. We will use meditation/journeying/trance, ritual, creativity and a sweatlodge, with walks in the woods and visit to a local Neolithic long barrow.

Journeying along the birch lined path of the Bard, we become aware of whom we truly are, of how we relate to our environment, the land, the ancestors, and express our sacred connection creatively with the fuel that is this inspiration. As the woodland, becomes denser and darker, we find ourselves walking and dreaming along the yew lined path of the Ovate. We know and sense the spirit in all things and experience all worlds, and find the healing and prophecy that brings. As we push ourselves further forward we find a new clarity and strength as we edge towards the Oak lined path of the Druid, finding our way through rites of passage, and seeing, feeling and knowing an empathy with fellow people and beings.

Bluebell WoodlandCOMMITMENT: This course demands total commitment. Make sure you can attend all of the five weekends and have the sufficient discipline to carry out the homework between the course meetings. Without commitment this will be nothing more than an intellectual process or at worst a social event, if this is the case, then this course is not right for you.

For the last 16 years Rob Wilson has explored the Pagan heritage of Britain. Expressing his deep, raw, rich, vital Pagan spirituality through Druidry. Today he is an active member of the Druid Network and leads the Greenwood Grove in Kent. For Rob modern day Druidry is about building and deepening our sacred spirit/soul connections to nature; the nature within us and without us. Finding the freedom to allow our soul to sing its story without fear and inhibition. To know the spirit of tree, stone and bones of our ancestors it to take the responsibility of being a priest of nature. Rob shares this wisdom and helps others to express their spirituality creatively, wildly, deeply, all rooted in this sacred land. Professionally his degree in Geography and Environmental Studies and Psychology has led him to be involved in Environment Education Events and eco-therapy for the young and old, and community outreach work.
