Courses
A Perennial Course in Druidry by Emma Restall Orr (Bobcat) : Thirteen units based around the moons of the year, this is a course that is very nature-oriented. It can be used as an effective practice, even for experienced Druids, particularly when used on a daily or regular basis. Note: groups who gather to work with this course can be found on this page.
Polytheist Druidry by Robin Herne : A basic introduction to the way in which a modern polytheist group connects with the Gods, land and spirits in a manner that draws inspiration from the ways in which the old tribes connected with those same Gods, land and spirits.
Shaping The Wheel by Athelia Nihtscada : Part 1 of a two-part course that presents
various topics for meditation and practice on one’s own, using
mythological tales, cultural lore and law as a base. The course is
self-directed, arranged by season and will take approximately one year
to complete if the lessons are worked on and completed approximately
every two weeks.
Emma Restall Orr's introductory book, Principles of Druidry (Thorsons, 1998), is now available online. Within the text are scattered a number of exercises, making the book itself a foundation course in the Druidic tradition.
