young people interested in Druidry
Introduction
Over recent years, the Druid tradition has received a growth of interest
from young people who are intent on establishing a spirituality that is
deep and relevant. Many of these are inspired by an awareness and concern
of environmental and ecological issues. Others are interested in mythology,
folklore and local history. Others yet, are further drawn through the need
for expression; of making a mark on the world through creativity, music
or magic. Whatever it is that tugs an interest, the growth of Druidry among
young people provides the basis for this area of the Network.

The Lightning Tree is a shared resource created for and by young people.
It contains articles, information, book reviews, a forum for discussion,
and inspired works like poetry and art. We are still working hard on the
Lightning Tree, so expect many more improvements in the future.
