The Gorsedd of Bards of Caer Pugetia, Bards of Turtle Island is an affiliate of the Druid Network. Founded under the auspices of the British Druid Order in April of 1997, the Gorsedd of Bards of Caer Pugetia has transformed to become the Mother Grove of The Bards of Turtle Island, meeting in Gorsedd eight times per year. Ninety members in the apparent world currently participate. Many of these members live in the Puget Sound region of North America.

As our Gorsedd is inspired by the energy of the waters of the Puget Sound, The Gorsedd of Bards of Caer Pugetia honours Pugetia and Pugetius as our patron and guiding spirits of place.
The Druid Network has evolved from the British Druid Order. It is this Awen and the direction of the joint chiefs of the British Druid Order, Philip Shallcrass (Greywolf) and Emma Restall Orr (Bobcat), which has been cherished and valued through the years of affiliation with the British Druid Order, and now continues with the Druid Network.
The Druid Network fosters a body of practitioners world-wide, to dialogue with and be inspired in the Spirit of Awen (inspiration), peace and environmental issues.
