Review by Bryn

While this collection of poems isn’t being marketed as druidic, there are some overtly pagan references along the way (and a few Christian ones as well.) More importantly, it expresses a relationship with the world I think many druid readers would empathize with and be inspired by. Vos is a keen observer of nature and evidently sees the presence of spirit manifest in everything around her. Her vivid imagery brings alive numinous moments. She observes the seasons and wildlife around her in a way that invites emotional engagement.

When Vos turns her hand to relationship, the same rich voice and painfully clear understanding works its magic, while her contemplations of spiritual life are engaging and thoughtful.

This is a subtle, lyrical and very beautiful collection of poems. Not a huge tome, but well worth considering.
