Summary:
Inspired by swimming with
wild Dolphins in the Bahamas, Didgeridoo Dolphin Dreamtime is
two 25 minute meditational didgeridoo pieces, one with guitar, accompanying the
sounds of the ocean and dolphins. Traditionally the didgeridoo can be played to
call to animal spirits and this is just what is happening here. Let its
ancestral voice guide you into the realms of Dolphin Dreamtime. The CD is ideal
for a quick power nap/self healing and works very well as a lullaby for babies.
Review:
It is sometimes difficult to
express in words the power that music can have. This CD, as with Whale
Dreaming, is one where we are led gently into a place where we are freed from
our mundane problems, allowing us to access a place of gentle sleep and
relaxation. The two tracks are of a length that offers the brain time to reach
a relaxed state, but not go further into a deeper sleep state, and is perfect
to allow us that space and time in a busy day to regenerate our clarity and
holistic sense of being. Deeply relaxing and utterly beautiful.
