It oughtn’t need saying, but there’s a thing circulating on the interweb at the moment. A conflation of allegedly stolen photographs with white supremacist text, attempting to portray some Druids and Druidry in general as “white supremacist spirituality”. If you’ve come here wondering if there’s truth in it… well there’s not. Though at times there may…

  • Inter Faith Network

Following the initial rejection of the application to join Inter Faith Network UK (IFN) as a faith representative body The Druid Network, together with other interested bodies, entered into discussion with IFN regrading their current membership policy. These talks centred around a concern that the current membership policy didn’t reflect the multi-faith society of the UK and could also possibly lead…

Here’s a link to a blog post from Greywolf, Philip Shallcrass of BDO, about the recent interfaith conference at the Ammerdown Centre in Somerset. Phil and Lynda Ryder of TDN were participants in the conference, although Phil appears cunningly to have dodged the group photo… Celebrating Planet Earth: A Conversation Between Christians, Druids and Others…

  • Ethics : Death and Dying

Ricky Gellissen on our Facebook group brought to our attention that during the month of November many solicitors across the UK will draft you a will at no charge through a scheme called WillAid in return they will ask you to make a donation to charity. This isn’t forced and there’s no fixed price, but…

  • TDN helps out at Cae Braint

The Druid Network is very happy to have funded project works at Cae Braint, on Anglesey / Ynys Môn. The £500 donation, made from our Environmental Projects Fund, will enable the construction of an ecologically sound toilet facility (the Tree-Bog!) and the conversion and renovation of outbuildings for the safe storage of tools and equipment.…

  • We’d vote for Brian Maybe!

The Badger Cull, successfully fought off last year, is back. TDN remains committed to a solution to Bovine Tuberculosis that is humane and scientifically justified, and is opposed utterly to the badger cull. Something to sing as you walk through the woodland…
