Druidry and Interfaith

A statement by Phil Ryder, Chair of The Druid Network.

It is often asked what it is that makes us human. Humanity is currently at a crossroads with major worldwide problems requiring urgent decisions from our political leaders. Whilst within interfaith we recognise our discreet differences we also celebrate that which unites; our challenge is how we can use that strength to influence and mitigate the results of the crisis we observe, both worldwide and in our local community. Communication, collaboration and creativity are human traits and are a large part of what makes us human. This is the strength of interfaith. Using these three to influence both globally and locally to aid our communities is a challenge, and one that I believe interfaith is ideally placed to meet. Working together is the only answer, which is why The Druid Network has pledged its support for interfaith.
