From the very creation of The Druid’s Prayer by Iolo Morganwg to the story of MacGregor Reid and The Universal Bond through the latter day Arthur Pendragon and his quest for a free and open Stonehenge to The Warrior’s Call and the fight against Fracking. Druids call out Truth against the World.
Whether it be by funding an environmentalist pressure group, or joining a green political party, or standing on the front line of protest, Druids have been there with the folk who point, and say ‘no more’.
This emerging area of The Druid Network seeks to explain the connection between Druidry and Dissent. It may not be the Druidry of all Druids, nor does one need to hold the name Druid to actively protest or campaign for change. You may find something here that resonates.
