The Druid Network would like to acknowledge the passing into mystery of UK barrister Polly Higgins. Polly was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer quite recently and was blessed with a swift passing earlier today.
She was the driving force behind Mission Lifeforce, recently relaunched as StopEcocide.Earth, which calls for an International crime of Ecocide which would act in the same fashion as the International laws against genocide and acts of aggression.
The Mission continues. All the trustees and many of the Members of The Druid Network are signatories of the StopEcocide trust document, which they see as a positive act of Druidry, aimed at protecting the living planet we seek relationships within.
