The Druid Network ( TDN ) is pleased to announce that it has been formally approved as a full member of Interfaith Scotland from October 2023. This is in keeping with TDN’s national Interfaith objectives of engaging with as wide a spectrum of interfaith bodies as possible.
It also represents another first for TDN as, historically, the criteria for Interfaith Scotland membership was structured so only certain prescribed religions could be approved for membership and any form of paganism, by definition, could not previously have been approved because paganism fell outside of these prescribed religions.
We were pleased to have been able to engage positively with Interfaith Scotland as it modernised its membership criteria to better reflect the faith communities of Scotland and now, for the first time ever, Interfaith Scotland will have pagan members.
