Rites of Passage

A collection of rituals for the Rites of Passage that mark the journey of our lives.

Rites of passage are considered profoundly important within the Druid tradition, for it is with such rites that we acknowledge growth, mark change, and allow ourselves release.   Some rites have variants in most religions and spiritual traditions such as namings, weddings and funerals, others are more specific to to individual paths such as initiations.

We invite members of the Druid Network community to submit rituals that they have written or created, that others may share their inspiration, teaching and guidance.

If you have rituals that you’d like to submit, to fit under the headings below or to begin other categories (such as puberty or eldership rites), please contact us.

There is no format or style which a rite needs to comply with, as long as it is sufficiently within the tenets of the tradition to be recognized as such.
